Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos
Robot vacuums and mops have become more adept, passing our cleaning tests and tackling various floor types. Look for models that allow you to select from multiple modes, use their charging docks to self-empty and clean up the stairs.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro
The black and gloss gunmetal Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is among the most impressive robot vacuums and mop combinations available. It uses lidar to navigate, and create maps of floors and rooms (even multiple levels), and works with the free Eufy Clean app to let you set schedules and alter the S1's behavior.
When I tested the S1, it was able to map our downstairs, which has laminate flooring in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms, along with carpeting with a medium-pile and an area rug. It was able to drive close to walls and even over raised thresholds without any problems. However it was a bit difficult navigating down the stairs in one step. The S1 performed well in cleaning hard floors. Its mop drove smoothly on its flat side and raised itself when it reached carpets or rug.
Before each mopping session, the docking station of the S1 automatically empties its dustbin and fills up its water tank with clean ozonated filtered water. The dock provides a deep-cleaning solution to the water. The S1's water tank holds enough water for around a dozen cleaning sessions before it needs to be empty, but this will vary depending on how often you use the mop.
The S1 needs periodic maintenance, just like all 2-in-1 robots. It is necessary to regularly wash out the tank that has been contaminated to keep it from becoming blocked. Also, you'll need to clean your swivel wheel and sensors regularly to prevent them from getting clogged up with dust or dirt. Overall the S1 is simple to maintain, especially when compared to other combinations that require more hands-on maintenance.
2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
This all-in-one robotic vacuum and mop combo from Ecovacs is a powerful option to meet your cleaning requirements. her latest blog comes with 8700Pa suction power, and comes with a variety of advanced features like voice control and smart path scheduling that cleans furniture and eliminates obstacles. The mopping feature is remarkable, with mops rotating that actually lift and scrub the floor, as opposed to just moving the pad across it. The mops can be dried and cleaned at the base station, if needed.
The robot is simple to install and use, with a clear interface that guides you through the process. The Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a great vacuum cleaner. It has a powerful suction that is able to easily pick up dirt and other debris that other robots struggle with. Its navigation abilities are also quite good, though it can get stuck on small area mats and rugs at my home (which you can alleviate by creating virtual boundaries within the app). Mopping capabilities are excellent with a pair of spinning mop heads that can lift and scrub the floor, rather than just moving the pad across it. The mops are also cleaned with hot water and dried in the basestation when required. The mops are also replenished at the top of the station if required.
3. Dreame X40 ultra
Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop was launched earlier this year. But their new flagship model has even more impressive features. It boasts fantastic cleaning results and hands-free maintenance which makes it a strong contender for our best mop and vacuum robots. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart detection, and an expanded side brush ensure an effective, customized cleaning is accomplished.
The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, picking up large and fine particles from hard floors as well as carpets. It was able to clean the dirtiest areas of our tests with ease while avoiding pet hairs and other mess. The sweeping performance is augmented by an additional side brush that automatically moves out to tackle difficult-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that deploys alongside baseboards.

You can even tap into the X40 Ultra's camera remotely for real-time video supervision. But, you'll need a stable Wi-Fi connection to operate it via the app as well as external controls.
4. Roomba Q5 Pro
Robot vacuums are excellent in removing dirt and debris, but they're not able to get all dust. This is why it's crucial to use your regular vacuum once a week, especially to pick up dust in corners, on shelves and in the crevices of your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro is a 2-in-1 vacuum and mop designed to do exactly that. It's easy to connect to your home Wi-Fi network, and integrates with Alexa and Apple Siri, making it an even more practical addition to your routine of cleaning.
The Q5 is a stripped down version of the more expensive models in the S-series from the company, including the top-of-the-line Roborock S8 maxV ultra. It has the same LIDAR mapping sensors, but it's cheaper since it doesn't have mopping capabilities and has a plastic body.
The Q5 is one of the most powerful vacuums and mopping robots we've ever seen at this price, despite not being able to clean your floor. It has a suction power of 5500Pa and an auto-empty system so you don't need to empty the bin by hand each time. It also comes with a smart app that lets you set your floor type and schedule cleanings. It also has an automatic refill of the water tank and wash system that allows hands-free operation.
Its mops are also impressive with 2700Pa of power to tackle dirt, dust, and pet hair on carpets and hard floors. The Q5 was among the few robots that we tested that did not have problems with high-pile carpets and rugs. However, it could not pick up kitty-litter or cable tangles. This isn't a surprise, since it does NOT contain AI-powered obstacle avoidance.
5. K10 Plus
K10 Plus is one of the most quiet robovacs that we've tested. It also uses a unique system to map your home. This allows it to get into the corners and tight spaces that other vacuums can't reach. This device also collects dust in a larger bin that means you have to empty it less often. Additionally, it has washable filters that further lower the cost of using the device. The robot is also able to detect carpets and boost the suction when needed. The app also lets you to mark areas that you want it to stay clear of and is a great feature.
